Service Description

This course will assist leaders in formulating and consolidating the Intent of the Foundation Stage curriculum in their schools to ensure it is rigorous, balanced, and aspirational with clear defined milestones and end points. It will explore the Implementation of the curriculum and manageable Impact measures. The course will cover self evaluation and development planning in both the long and short terms.  It will explore differing leadership styles and how to get the best out of your team through distributed responsibility, looking at strengths and capacities of individuals. The course shall also explore methodologies of quality control and how to ensure that the Foundation Stage is, and remains, a place of excellence.
